By accessing and using DocsFlow (docsflow.in) and its file conversion tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DocsFlow provides free online file conversion tools including PDF conversion, image conversion, and document management utilities. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DocsFlow only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Upload files that you do not have the right to process or distribute
  • Attempt to circumvent, hack, or interfere with our systems
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access our services without prior written consent
  • Upload files containing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use our services for any commercial purpose without prior written consent beyond normal personal or business document management

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the files you upload. By using our service, you grant DocsFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested conversion service. This license terminates upon deletion of your files (within 1 hour of upload).

The DocsFlow website, tools, code, design, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content without express written permission.

5. Privacy and File Handling

Our handling of your files and personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key commitments:

  • Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of upload
  • We do not read or analyze the content of your files
  • All file transfers use 256-bit SSL encryption

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DocsFlow provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Conversion results will be 100% accurate or match original formatting precisely
  • The service will meet your specific requirements
  • Files will be processed within a specific timeframe

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocsFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service (which is zero, as our service is free).

8. Third-Party Advertising

DocsFlow displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These advertisements are served by third parties and are subject to their own terms and policies. DocsFlow is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of DocsFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
